Now this is the Pack Trainer in me talking or the pt part of ptsteve, lol.  No lecture, I have always found no one listens when lectured to. 

If you don’t know all REQUIRED training by BSA can be done online, but if you have the time and are training for a new position LIVE training makes it so much easier.  One can make up all the excuses for not taking the time to train, but if you are not trained you are only hurting the boys you are working with.  All boys deserve a TRAINED leader. 

When I wrote this entry it was Spring time, so we have the Summer to train.  It only takes a few hours and remember it’s for the boys!
