All boys are Scouts in the Den/Pack/Troop meetings.  Doesn't matter if they are Special Needs or "Normal", they are all boys having fun and learning how to be better.  Special Needs boys are just like any other boys and all they want is to be accepted.  That hour they are in the Den/Pack/Troop meeting they are a Cub Scout or Boy Scout having fun and learning with their peers.  If you have the honor of having a "Special Needs" boy in your Unit, be proud and treat them like the other boys as much as possible.  They are not ill and what they have is not contagious.  What they have is a great spirit to Do Their Best and be who they are.
