Italian Nachos

12 tortilla chips
½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
5 thin slices pepperoni
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 olives, sliced
¼ c pizza sauce

Place tortilla chips on a microwave safe plate, in a single layer.
Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, and olives.
Place pizza sauce in a small covered microwaveable bowl.
Microwave sauce and nachos on high for 45-60 seconds, or until cheese melts and sauce is hot.
Serve pizza sauce as a dip for nachos
Makes 1 serving
