A Visit From Saint Nicholas
Provide sets of four cards. On each card, write one of the first four lines of the famous Christmas poem:
'Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.
Suspend the cards with a string around the necks of all the players. On signal, everyone
is to scramble about seeking the other three lines of the poem. The first four to line
up in the proper sequence are the winners.
