Halloween Stew Closing Ceremony

The Den Leader "witches" are standing at their cauldron.  One of them recites:

We've put a lot into this stew,
And we came out with a pretty good brew.
The parents have had a chance to learn
The ranks attained and badges earned.
Everyone will return a month from now
To attend our meeting and find out how
Each boy has fared, advancements made;
For on his merits, each Scout is weighed
