Bugs on a Leaf

Ingredients:
Lettuce
Can of Peach Halves
Raisins
Maraschino Cherries
Carrot


Place a peach half on a lettuce-lined plate. Use
for the raisins for the eyes and cherry stems for
antennae, and a half a maraschino cherry slice
for the mouth. Use a vegetable peeler to peel wide strips from a carrot. Roll up each strip and
fasten with a toothpick. Put curls into a bowl of ice water for a few minutes to make them crisp.
Remove wooden picks and use carrot curls for legs.
