Vanishing White Chocolate Ghosts

1 – 12 oz package white chocolate chips or
dipping chocolate
12 popsicle sticks
24 red hot candies

Pour chips into a sealable bag and seal.
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, kneading the
bag every 30 seconds. Watch closely the
chocolate burns fast in the microwave. Or
place the bag in a pot of simmering water
unit chips melt. Line a cookie sheet with
waxed paper and place the popsicle sticks on
the paper leaving 2” between them. When
the bag of melted chips feels warm but not
hot, snip a hole in one corner of the bag and
squeeze oval shaped ghosts onto the top of the
sticks, smoothing the chocolate with
a plastic knife. Add two red hots for eyes. Let
harden in the refrigerator.

They will vanish very quickly
when the boys get a hold of them.
