Ham Fried Rice


Author:  GSLC

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
8 cups cooked rice
2 cups diced, cooked ham
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 - 4oz can mushrooms, drained and cut smaller
1 teaspoon salt
2 dashes pepper
4 eggs, beaten

Dice ham into small pieces. Melt butter in skillet. Add ham and cook
3 minutes. Add onions, salt, pepper, rice, soy sauce and mushrooms.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in beaten eggs and cook about 5 minutes. Serve
hot. Makes about 8 servings.
