Lame Chicken

Materials needed: a 10” long stick for each boy

Play: Divide into two groups and have the boys place the sticks on the
ground about 10 inches apart, like the rungs on a ladder. On a signal, the first
boy on each team hops on one foot over all the sticks. He then reaches down, picks up the last
stick and hops back over the other sticks. He tags the second boy, and the second boy hops over
the remaining sticks, picks up the last stick and hops back over the other sticks. Continue until
all the sticks are gone. The first team to pick up all the sticks wins!
