Down and Dirty Demolition Derby

Everyone in the room stands up.
The game leader starts the race by saying
on your mark, get-set, go. All players then
begin to move around the room. As players
approach each other a single game of rock,
paper and scissors is held. (Both players
count to three, and on the count of three a
hand is held out in a fist (rock, which wins
over scissors); two fingers outstretched
(scissors, which wins over paper); or a flat
hand (paper, which wins over rock)). The
winner continues to stand and move around
while the loser immediately sits down. The
winner is the last person left standing
