Closing: Smile

Author:  Great Salt Lake Council

Preparation:
Make and hold up a sign with the word “SMILE” written on it.

Narrator or Cubmaster:
A smile costs nothing—but creates much. It happens in a flash, but the
memory sometimes lasts forever. It cannot be bought, borrowed, or stolen, but it is something that isn’t any good until it is given away to someone else. So, if you meet someone who is too weary to smile, give that person one of yours. No one needs a smile quite as much as the person who has none left to give. What better way is there to brighten the holidays than to share a smile?
