Formation – Teams in a circle Equipment – Hula-Hoops Game – Have the teams form a circle. Have each girl holding each others hands. Take a hula-hoop and place it over the leader of the circles head. On the signal the girls must pass the hula-hoop around the circle using their hands or heads only. Their hands must remain together at all times. Dropped hula-hoops are considered out of play and the team is out of the race. Variation – form 2 large circle and place 2 hula-hoops in the ring. The hula-hoops have to go in the opposite direction of each other.
