Toughen Up

There are several things we can do to toughen up our bodies. We can lift weights, do aerobics, walk, run, swim, and get involved in team sports. Tonight we have someone who has toughened up, not only physically, but mentally, spiritually, and morally by building good character.

Would ______ please come forward with his parents. ______ has been working since he was a Bobcat in toughening up in all of these areas. He has (list some awards, belt loops, pins, etc. that he has earned). We believe that he is now tough enough, because of all his hard work, to receive the Arrow of Light. Congratulations on earning the highest cub scout award.
