There are many books that are important to Cub Scouts. The Wolf, Bear and Webelos handbooks help us learn new skills. The candle is a symbol of light that scouting beings to everyone. It penetrates the darkness of hate, prejudice, and distrust. It is a light which must be kept burning in the heart of every Scout, now, and as he grows into manhood.
