Thousands Of Boy Scouts (1931):

Thousands of young boy scouts assemble at Somerset House for the 22nd Annual Church Parade at St. Paul’s Cathedral. Older members of the organisation are honoured for their services and scouts hoist the flag to general applause. The felicitation ends with hundreds of young men raising their hats at the end of the grand occasion.
