Remember it is all about the boys and it maybe to easy to say Yes all the time.  Sometimes we may get in over our heads and it is always good to have others who can take some of the load.  It is way to easy to get burned out.

I almost ran into the burn out wall, but caught or hopefully caught myself before I hit it.  I had to remember that if I burn out it affects my boys, my Den and my Pack, thats is way to many people to let down, so I had to gear down and also spread out some of my activities.

It is getting closer to the end of the Cub Scouting year, we have our Blue and Gold tomorrow.  Remember, and I need to listen too, find your balance point and don't burn out.

Yours in Scouting, ptsteve
